The Fraternity of Kappa Alpha Psi was founded by 10 African American men on the campus of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. They were led by Elder Watson Diggs, also known as “The Dreamer.”
The Xi Mu chapter was founded at Wesley College September 12, 1992 by five African Americans. These men also were responsible for the school’s largest organization.
“They brought Black Student Union to Wesley College,” said Dyamond Ruffin, Senior brother of Kappa Alpha Psi.
